  • Why is coconut oil so much better than alcohol for a fine fragrance?

    Alcohol dries out your skin, while coconut oil puts moisture back in. Your moisturized skin also gets a fresh dewy look when you apply it directly, so Oligie’s fine fragrances actually help your skin feel and look better.

  • How much parfum oil makes up each Oligie fine fragrance?

    Oligie uses 20% parfum oil in each of our fine fragrances, whereas many everyday perfumes are as little as 5%. A higher concentration makes our fragrances last much longer than the competition.

  • How many fragrances does Oligie carry?

    We have six fine fragrances all inspired by beloved locations around the globe, with four different scents for the home. Fun fact: Faroe is the only scent that is offered in both our Scents for Body and Scents for Home.

  • How long does each Parfume Oil bottle last?

    Depending on how much and how often you wear it, our 8mL bottles tend to last most customers between 1-3 months.

  • Are your products gluten free?

    Yes, all our products are gluten free.

  • Are your products vegan?

    Yes, all our products are vegan.

  • Are your products cruelty-free?

    Yes, our products are cruelty-free.

  • Do your products contain phthalates, parabens, or any other nasties?

    No. We avoid all harsh chemicals that may be endocrine disrupting.

  • How should Oligie’s Scents for Body be applied?

    Because of the unscented organic fractionated coconut oil base, Oligie’s Scents for Body should be applied directly to your skin (NOT YOUR CLOTHES). One great place to apply it is on the inside of your wrist. You can then dab or rub your wrists together.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 2PM MT will begin processing the following business day. Domestic orders are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days after they ship.

  • Is shipping free?

    Shipping is free for all US orders over $75 USD, or on all US subscription orders.

  • Do you offer any kind of a guarantee?

    We offer a no-hassle return policy within 30 days of receiving your order. You may return or exchange your item for any reason during that time. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Once received, processing can take up to 3 days. Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Once a refund is processed, it can take 3-10 business days to show up on your account. Please contact us to request a return or exchange, or create your own return label here. For refunds, please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your request, then unfortunately we can no longer cancel or change the order.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    If your order has already been processed or shipped by the time we receive your request, then unfortunately we can no longer cancel your order. Have no fear, though, we can still assist you with a return or exchange. You can start the process by contacting us.

  • How do I track my order?

    After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a linked tracking number to track your order while it’s in-transit. It can take 1-2 business days for USPS to update their website with the status of your shipment, so keep that in mind.
